Undivided attention from your coach and closer attention to detail can help you achieve your fitness goals faster and safer.
The training will be geared towards your goals and your goals only, the program will be entirely individualized.
Coaches can aid in weight loss, sports performance, special populations (pregnancy, children, diabetes, artificial joints, pre-existing injuries, etc) general fitness and prepare you for classes!
Session: 30 minute/60 minute sessions available.
Pricing: Varies on packaging bought
Private: 1 on 1 training.
Semi-Private: 2-4 people per training session.
